  • The 168 hour course is a TEFL teaching programme, accredited and regulated by Ofqual (UK government department) and awarded by Qualifi (an OfQual / UK recognised awarding body) as a Level 5 Certificate and is now available here in Spain before being rolled out wider.

  • The course was originally developed and is currently OfQual accredited for online delivery, however has been re-written as a classroom taught programme. Because the assessment criteria need to reflect the classroom context in which learning takes place, not least because you - the students - will participate in live teaching, the classroom version of the course had to be separately accredited, and this is what has finally happened - we couldn't be more delighted!

    The Level 5 CertTEFL is the same level of qualification as the following qualifications:

    • a Diploma of Higher Education (DipHE)
    • a Foundation Degree
    • the Cambridge CELTA and Trinity CertTESOL qualifications

    It is however a much more substantial course then either of the latter 2 qualifications - 168 hours of study compared to 120 hours - nearly a third more study time (28%).

The units are designed to give you maximum intake of information in the shortest time frame. This technique allows us to offer you the most in-depth classroom-based OfQual accredited Level 5 TEFL course available.

    On successful completion of the course, you will be qualified to teach English (as a Second language) both abroad and in the UK and encompasses the 3 main popular learner categories

    • Semi intensive courses: 8 weeks, 2 days (Tue & Thur) 08.30 - 20.00
